  6. Pre and Post Natal - Prepare for your special delivery! Keeping fit while you are pregnant is important. There are special considerations to consider while pregnant, as there are many physiological changes occurring to your body. These changes can last for up to 48 weeks after pregnancy!. Training with a Pre and Post natal professional can help create a safe and effective program to meet your needs both prior to giving birth and after.
